Our Partners
The Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS) is our key partner in ministry. We walk the same spiritual path of faith with over 350,000 members who are a part of over 1,200 other congregations, spread across the United States. Additionally, WELS World Missions conducts gospel outreach in 44 countries and is exploring outreach opportunities in 20 prospective new mission fields. The WELS operates 261 Lutheran elementary schools, 26 Lutheran high schools, and 369 early childhood centers.
Lutheran High Schools
Our partners in education exist to prepare a new generation of pastors, Christian teachers, and disciples in many disciplines. Three WELS area Lutheran High Schools offer Christian education. Learn more about each option to find the best school for your child and family.
Luther Preparatory School is a boarding school with a single mission: to prepare and encourage young people to be pastors and teachers in the WELS. Located in Watertown, WI.
Empowered by God’s Word, Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School educates, encourages, and equips God’s people for life and for eternity. Located in Jackson, WI.
At Wisconsin Lutheran High School, it’s the combination of FAITH, OPPORTUNITY, CHARACTER, UNITY, and SUPPORT (FOCUS) that gives our students the BEST POSSIBLE high school experience—and prepares them for a future of real success. Located in Milwaukee, WI.
Seminary and Colleges
Following high school, we have three partners dedicated to preparing the next generation of pastors, Christian teachers, and servant leaders: Martin Luther College, a ministerial college; Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary for pastoral postgraduate study; and Wisconsin Lutheran College, a college of Christian vocations. A wide range of mission work opportunities and congregational services is made available to us through our WELS connection.
The purpose of Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary is to equip pastors for the WELS or for churches and cultural groups within its confessional fellowship.
The mission of Martin Luther College is to train a corps of Christian witnesses who are qualified to meet the ministry needs of the WELS.
Wisconsin Lutheran College, affiliated with the WELS, is a Lutheran liberal arts college for Christian men and women. The college is committed to providing quality teaching, scholarship, and service that are rooted in Holy Scripture; promoting the spiritual growth of students, faculty, and staff; and preparing students for lives of Christian leadership.
Partners in Christian Living
We partner with Institutional Ministries to help reach those who are incarcerated, institutionalized, or in other situations requiring special services.
Christian Family Solutions, headquartered in Germantown, WI, provides Biblical individual and family counseling to those who are hurting.
Time of Grace is a full-service online and televised ministry offered as an independent ministry in fellowship with the WELS out of Appleton, Wisconsin. Excellent resources for worship and spiritual growth are offered freely.
